Role Models für betriebliche Inklusion
Führungskräfte mit Behinderung im Fokus
Das Projekt „Vorbildlich in Führung gehen! Mit Role Models Inklusion in Arbeit stärken“ des Lehrstuhls für Arbeit und berufliche Rehabilitation und der Fortbildungsakademie der Wirtschaft (FAW) ist gestartet. Es verbindet Forschung und Praxis, um eine Toolbox zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit der sich Unternehmen zu inklusiveren Organisationen entwickeln können. Der innovative Ansatz ist, dass dabei Führungskräfte mit Behinderungen als potentielle Role Models in den Blick genommen werden. Das Projekt wird vom Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales aus Mitteln des Ausgleichsfonds gefördert und hat eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren.

Focus on managers with disabilities
The project “Exemplary leadership! Strengthening inclusion in work with role models” by the Chair of Work and Vocational Rehabilitation and the Business Training Academy (FAW) has started. It combines research and practice to provide a toolbox that companies can use to develop into more inclusive organizations. The innovative approach is to look at managers with disabilities as potential role models. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs from the compensation fund and will run for five years.
